What area do you cover?
The Northern part of the Cotswolds between Chipping Campden and Cirencester. The reason we cover this area is that if there is a problem with your home we need to get there quickly.
How much will this cost me?
If you want your property to look occupied once a month/week/day it is £50 an hour. If you want a more complete service we should meet to discuss it. You need to feel you can trust us and we need to know we can meet your expectations. An hourly rate or a fixed retainer are all possible.
What about confidentiality and discretion?
This is what we do. It is our job. We do not talk about our clients. We do not discuss your home your comings and goings or even your house location. We are happy to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement should you wish.
What is it you do - exactly?
We visit your home in the Cotswolds each month or week or day. We check every single room and ensure all is as you want it. We look for water leaks, damage or problems. We make sure we give the impression that the house is permanently occupied. We check heating, lighting - security cameras if you wish. We can even manage the gardener, cleaners, builders etc if you wish. Plus - you may want us to be a key holder if the alarm goes off at night.
How does it all work?
We visit at random hours each month/week/day. You can check our activity on your security camera. We will text you when we have been and report any problems / potential issues. When you plan to visit - let us know - we will get the house ready for you - heating on - lights on - fires lit. Ask us nicely and we will even do the shopping for you. If you want, we can organise the cleaning and closing up of the house when you leave.
Finally - yes we will visit your house if the alarm goes off in the middle of the night.
What sort of clients require your service?
A mixture really - ordinary people often with extra ordinary jobs such as Celebrities, Business people and Musicians. All want a simple quiet life in the Cotswolds with family and friends and require privacy. None want anyone discussing their homes or activity.
